Conrad Murray's Schemes: Armageddon of the Brain...

Michael's words were very prophetic and perfectly describe one of the many feelings you get when listening to the utter bullshit Conrad Murray is spewing.
Interviewer: Conrad Murray served two years of a four year sentence. He joins us now live from the USA. You do honestly believe Mr. Murray that you did all that you could to save Michael Jackson, he was a very vulnerable and fragile patient, do you think you did all that you could?
Conrad Murray: Yes I did.

Interviewer: You do, you think… because really he trusted you, didn’t he? He trusted you and why didn’t you call the Emergency Services right away?
Conrad Murray: I am a clinical specialist, I am clinically trained in medicine of the highest level as a specialist as well as a sub-specialist and therefore that is my forte, reviving patients who are requires (sic) resuscitation is what I do. So if I stumble upon someone in need of that type of resuscitative effort then I will go straight in to that mode to try and help.

First and foremost, Murray failed to carry out the very first step of properly administering CPR...which is CALL 911. He followed that failure up by attempting to perform CPR on a bed instead of a hard surface until the 911 operator instructed him to do so. Not only that, but the SEVENTEEN egregious violations he committed while 'caring' for Michael prove that this man is NOT clinical specialist trained in the highest level. He's anything BUT.

Interviewer: So you honestly believe that you took proper care, at the time Michael Jackson was in your care, that you took proper care of him.
Conrad Murray: Just absolutely.

I bet his ass believes in the tooth fairy and Santa Claus too. There is NOTHING in Murray's treatment of Michael that indicates Murray took proper care of Michael...only a sociopath would suggest he did.
Interviewer: Do you feel any remorse or feel guilty about what happened to him?
Conrad Murray: I feel very sorry that Michael is dead, there’s no doubt about it. It is a loss I will never recover from, but as far as having remorse from doing something wrong, I did not do anything wrong. Actually, I am an innocent man who was persecuted to the maximum, sent to jail, and has been demoralized over years as far as, you know, being harshly persecuted in every possible way that I can think, but despite the pain and suffering I have felt I carry no grudges, I’m not in any way looking to avenge what has happened to me. I would like to have my story, hopefully on adversity I’ve encountered be used well so that I can save the lives of many.

Murray was already demoralizing himself long before becoming Michael Jackson's doctor when he kept failing to pay child support for his children. He did plenty wrong and to suggest he didn't only proves why this asshole should NOT be allowed to practice medicine ever again. Even if you believe his theory that Michael 'self-injected'(which expert witness Dr. Schafer testified would be EXTREMELY UNLIKELY) there are still numerous egregious violations Murray committed. Each egregious violation on its own could've resulted in serious harm or death and disregarding those risks demonstrated reckless behavior. Murray failed to carry out a duty and that failure of duty led to the death of another human being.

Watch Dr. Schafer's testimony and also see how he demonstrates the difficulty of drawing Propofol with just a needle. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YzpBla77TkA
Interviewer: You talk about your pain and suffering. What about the suffering of Michael Jackson’s family, especially his children and his fans. I mean his family, they were traumatized by this and as were his fans too. Don’t you… I mean you talk about your suffering but what about theirs?
Conrad Murray: I am very, very sad about Michael’s children, there is no question about it. You know I remember Michael’s daughter, Paris was telling me that she didn’t want to be an orphan. I was close to those children as a parent can be.

Paris was 11 when her father died....if we're to believe Murray was treating Michael 3 years prior to his death, then Paris met Murray at the age of 8. Not many 8 year olds would be walking around worrying about becoming an orphan, but we can pretend for the convicted felon's sake I guess.
Interviewer: You’re not close to them now though? You’re not close to them now surely? Not in anyway at all, they want you to go away really, I mean they’ve actually said that. They would actually like you to leave the United States and to be quiet.
Conrad Murray: Well you know I can tell you this. The Jackson’s have caused so much damage to their own son, and if you are a person that is impartial and if you understand Michael - Michael has been devastated through the years by his own family. Michael severed all ties with every member of his relatives before he died. Now you don’t know that because you were not that close to him but clearly I do because I was right in his presence when he made some statements. There was no communication whatsoever.

Newsflash, jackass, its never been a secret that Michael was hurt by his own family throughout his life. Michael constantly spoke about the abuse he suffered at his father's hands and the siblings backstabbing has been documented for years. I guess Murray hasn't heard Jermaine Jackson's song, Word to the Badd or read Margaret Maldonaldo's book, "Jackson Family Values: Memories of Madness".
Interviewer: Well his family aren’t here to actually rebut these allegations they you’re making but clearly what you’re saying… You’re saying you are an innocent man, the jury didn’t agree. You went to jail, you were convicted and you went to jail and yet you sit here still maintaining your innocence.
Conrad Murray: Absolutely. Have you ever seen innocent men that have been incarcerated and have then found out that an error was made and they finally are released. I’m a man who has been persecuted to the extent. At this time, up until now, I have been blamed by a key witness Dr. Shafer, who states that there was Propofol and in Propofol there was Lidocaine, and although he makes the claim, they have refused my defense team and or myself, despite all of our efforts to test the substance to further show that there is no Propofol that is left in Mr. Jackson, there’s no Lidocaine, there was no infusion. The evidence was very clear. There was no evidence of Propofol in the bag, in the line that should have been attached to the patient, none of that. It was not there. The evidence does not support that.

No shit, Sherlock. The prosecution was able to present a theory of infusing the Propofol directly from the bottle. In fact, "People's 30" as Dr. Schafer stated in his testimony showed evidence that it had been punctured by a SPIKE, not a needle.

Also, the assertion that Murray was not allowed to test evidence from his trial in untrue. The legal process in the U.S allows for discovery, a process in which both parties, prosecution and defense must turn over to the opposing party all evidence they intend to present in the trial.
Interviewer: Well that’s what you are saying, again I say to you the jury did not agree with you and that’s why you went to jail and if you’re saying you had nothing to do with it then why did Michael Jackson die? What happened?
Conrad Murray: Michael Jackson? I met Michael Jackson in a state of distress. Michael Jackson was basically lifeless. I was not there, you know my arms could only stretch so far, I was not even present in his bedroom.

The fuck? Murray is stating the obvious by saying he wasn't in the bedroom...that's one of the egregious violations that led to Murray's conviction...FAILURE TO MONITOR HIS PATIENT.

Interviewer: Why weren't you present? Why weren’t you there and what were you doing rather than attending your patient?
Conrad Murray: There was no reason for me to attend to Mr. Jackson any further. Mr. Jackson was given a small dose of Propofol around 10:40 in the morning. I did not leave his bedside until about 11:20 - 11:25. The effects of Propofol are completely gone within 15 minutes of administration. He had no issues, I didn’t even expect Mr. Jackson to be sedated and to fall asleep with such a minuscule dose of Propofol. But in my absence, after leaving his bedside when the effects of Propofol was gone way beyond the 15 minutes, I was not on the phone you can also look at the phone records that they gave me. The last phone call I made ended was at 10:43. At 11:07 there was a one minute call that came in that was a voice mail call and the next time I used my phone was 11:20 - 11:25, I moved from his bedside only so I do not disturb him, but this was a man after nine hours of no sleep umm I wanted him to get some rest if it was possible.

That awkward moment when Murray failed to keep his lies straight, yet again.

In his interview with LAPD, Murray told them he administered the Propofol around 10:40am, waited approximately TEN minutes, then left for TWO minutes. This would mean Murray found Michael not breathing at 10:52am if we're to believe him.

Murray's phone records also show that at 11:54am Murray left a voicemail for a patient and in that voicemail he shows NO signs of distress. The phonecalls contradict his initial claims that he only left Michael's bedside for a total of two minutes. It wasn't until LAPD pulled up phone records and it was presented at the trial that Murray's team immediately began correcting the error's of the timeline Murray gave.

Personally, I believe Murray left Michael at 10:52am and did not return until taking care of his own business with his instruments and other patients. That would mean, he failed to monitor Michael, which Dr. Schafer identified as ONE of the SEVENTEEN egregious violations that led to Michael's death.
Interviewer: How would you describe your relationship with Michael Jackson?
Conrad Murray: Just a great friendship of course, but I was also his doctor but I spent more time with Michael as a friend compared to the time I had treated him medically.

A friend who thinks another friend is a drug addict wouldn't contribute to their addiction, they'd intervene. However given how other 'friends' of Michael failed to care enough to do anything about their 'dying, addicted' friend but instead depicted him as a selfish, manipulative asshole, I'm not sure why we'd expect any better from a bastard like Conrad Murray.

Interviewer: You said … you have said that you feel that he is somehow with you? That he talks to you is that correct?
Conrad Murray: No, I certainly don’t hear voices and that’s been misconstrued in the press. Certainly, I dream of Michael, I have written letters to Michael and I’ve also felt his touch actually when the verdict of the civil trial was announced not too long ago, I actually felt his touch and I fought the tears.

Give me a fucking break. He sounds like a fangirl jizzing her panties over Michael...he was probably better off with just admitting he hears voices.

Interviewer: Do you actually feel honestly, in your heart, you believe that you did all that you could to save Michael Jackson?
Conrad Murray: I’ll say this. I’ve done everything that I can, I did nothing wrong and contrary to everything that has been said, I did not kill Michael Jackson. I think that is absolutely wrong when they make that statement. Michael Jackson was found basically lifeless and all I did was to make every effort, I was so relentless in my effort to help Michael Jackson. He lived in a 14,000 square foot home, three floors, with no walking.. landline telephones, despite no effort by the paramedics. I got in the ambulance with him, I took him to the hospital and I did everything I can to help my friend.

Delusional doesn't even begin to describe this sociopath. I swear, Rihanna's Take A Bow comes to mind listening to this shit.
But you put on quite a show
Really had me going
But now it's time to goCurtain's finally closing
That was quite a show
Very entertainin'But it's over now (but it's over now)
Go on and take a bow
Of course, he made every attempt...he was putting on a show because he knew what he had done. He knew Michael was long gone and he needed to save face to try to save his own ass.
Interviewer: Well obviously the jury didn’t agree because they found you guilty and you served two years in prison. Now you oversaw, as you said, Michael Jackson’s healthcare. You say you were his friend but you were also his doctor, how can you justify that cocktail of sedatives and anesthetics that you prescribed for Michael Jackson?
Conrad Murray: Well let’s talk about you know the… first you said the jury did not agree. If you were a member of a jury and you were sitting there and the Chief Prosecutor, David Walgren altered evidence in the middle of the courtroom and when we approached the judge he said he did not do that and then he writes a stipulation that was absolutely wrong. That would be considered obstruction of justice and it would be malfeasance by a public official.

I CANNOT believe this ass fucklet just accused the prosecutor, who is now an HONORABLE JUDGE, of obstruction of justice. Where the hell is his attorney in all of this and why in the hell is she still even acting as his attorney at this point? He's a lost cause.
Interviewer: But why did you prescribe all these sedatives to Michael Jackson, all these strong drugs, why did you do that as a doctor, why did you do that for him? Was it because of his paying you?
Conrad Murray: Because of what?
Interviewer: Because he was paying an awful lot of money?
Conrad Murray: Oh no, not at all, not at all. I received not a single dime from Michael for his care, I have taken care of Michael since 2006, years before he passed away and despite my care and services to Michael, I never charged him. I paid for medicines, which clearly I was reimbursed but I’ve never charged him and I’ve never collected any of the $150,000 that has been shown to the world that I was receiving all of this income. I did not. I actually wanted to help Michael. When I was told by AEG that Michael was so penniless that he could not afford his home that he lived in, he could not afford toilet paper to wipe his… himself, he could not pay for popsicles for his children, nothing at all. This man was completely impecunious, I was stunned, but despite that I stayed with Michael because I wanted to help him.

Murray knew he was going to be compensated because he had seen his contract numerous times and requested changes to it. This fool was going to close all of his practices to follow Michael to London, was heavily in debt, and we're to believe he had no intention of charging?

Okay.

Interviewer: Can I just ask you? You say you wanted to help him, why did you then not advise him to cancel that tour, that forthcoming tour when he was clearly, clearly not physically and mentally perhaps capable of doing it but certainly not physically, why as his physician and as you said, his friend, did you not say, “Michael you can’t do this”?
Conrad Murray: Well I’ve asked Michael time and time again, and Michael said he was up to sixty percent of his performance ability. I could not tell him to stop the show, not to go to the show, my whole goal was that maybe he would be strong enough eventually to go to England. Michael was in debt over 40 million dollars. His only last piece of property was wagered as a mortgage against the money that he was being charged against. AEG was bankrolling Michael - all of the money and he was getting further and further in debt. He was, basically in a hopeless situation, he was despondent, he was discouraged and I don’t think he had the ability to get to do the shows. He knew that. He wanted to have hip surgery to delay it. He considered trying to do brain surgery (smiles) and you know, it was just odd. Michael was demoralized in so many ways.

Murray is among the very people who keep trying to demoralize Michael the most, this fool can have a seat and gargle Propofol.

Interviewer: We don’t know his financial situation, you’re saying that about the promoters, we don’t actually know that. Do you honestly believe, as you said, that you should be allowed to practice medicine again?
Conrad Murray: I have practiced medicine for 23 years. I am a critical care specialist. I have taken care of those who have flatlined, the worst of the heart attacks, the cardiogenic shocks. I have saved those patients. In 23 years I have never had one disciplinary action by any medical boards in the United States, through all of the states that I have practiced. I have been in the most litigious states in the country and I have had no warnings and no reprimands. Not until this strike. This is the only blemish on my record and I am going to do my best to right a wrong that has happened to me.

Murray took care of every one of his patients but ONE. Murray was convicted of Involuntary Manslaughter due to the SEVENTEEN egregious violations he committed that ultimately led to Michael's death. The fact that Murray can't even acknowledge the mistakes he made as a physician is proof that this man should not ever be allowed to practice medicine again. There is NOTHING in place to assure society that this man wouldn't commit the same negligent acts again if given the chance and at the right price.

I refuse to even comment about the way he keeps trying to portray himself as the real victim every time he opens his mouth.
